Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry opened in 1998 at 3701 Magazine Street. In 2006, Katy bought a building across the street, and the Gallery moved into 3708 Magazine Street. In 2011, Katy decided to close the store in order to fully commit herself to designing her own jewelry.

The Gallery was a jewelry lover's jewelry store. Katy Beh was known for its distinctive style, elegant decor, and irreverent marketing; but the Big Gold Bows wrapped around the windows during the Christmas season made it a New Orleans favorite. It was featured in numerous publications such as Lucky, Elle Decor, New Orleans Homes and Living, New Orleans Magazine, Cue and Wish. Award winning www.katybeh.com was launched in response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Katy Beh was a long time board member of the Magazine Street Merchants Association.
