| As a curious child, artist Stacey Krantz spent hours outside her Maryland home exploring the back yard world around her. Later, this curiosity led her to the Equatorial Rainforest of Gabon (as a Peace Corps Volunteer), then the desert of New Mexico and finally back to Maryland. These experiences reinforced her sensitivity of the natural world and inspire the shape, line, and function she incorporates into her designs. Stacey’s sterling & 18k gold jewelry is handcrafted using traditional metalsmithing and incorporating pearls, gemstones and diamonds into wearable pieces. |
