How To Order
Is everything on your website in stock?
If AVAILABLE. ADD TO CART shows on the product page of a piece, it is in stock and available.
If SOLD is shown, the piece is not available for purchase.
Do you have a store?
No. I sell my jewelry exclusively from my New Orleans studio and this website. If I'm invited, you can find me at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival each year.
My studio is open by appointment only.
Do you sell online?
Absolutely!
Just click AVAILABLE. ADD TO CART on the product page of the piece(s) you'd like to purchase.
Then, click on the Shopping Cart in the upper righthand corner to complete your purchase.
Where do you show your work?
I show my work exclusively in my New Orleans home studio and when I am invited, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
My studio by appointment only.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free! It's on me.
I ship exclusively 2 Day Priority US Mail, Insured.
Orders placed throughout the week before Christmas are shipped 1 Day Express Priority US Mail at no extra charge.
Do you ship internationally?
I do, but let's chat first.
Order Fulfillment
I will ship your order within two days. Should I have any delays, I will contact you. If you need your item sooner than that, I will be happy to accommodate you. Please contact me with any specific instructions.
Returns
Can I return something I purchased from you?
I want you to love your Katy Beh Jewelry. However, I don't give refunds.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will extend a store credit in the full amount of your purchase. Let's get you happy.
Your jewelry must be returned to Katy Beh Jewelry within 30 days of purchase.

Custom
I do not offer custom work or commissions.
My pieces are each one of a kind.
I do not make duplicates of sold pieces.
I do not offer post-purchase changes, including but not not limited to re-design, re-purposing and trade-ins.
Sizing and Repairs
Ring Sizing
I prefer to handle the sizing of my rings. Some designs however, can't be sized or have limited sizing options. We will discuss all options and pricing in advance.
Other Adjustments
Bracelet and necklace length as well as earring fastener adjustments are possible on some pieces.
I do not offer design or color changes.
Post purchase adjustments and changes are not available.
Repairs
If you should find your Katy Beh Jewelry is in need of a repair within the first year of ownership, it's on me.
Pieces purchased from my Magazine Street store
Katy Beh Contemporary Jewelry; my boutique of artisan and designer fine jewelry on New Orleans’ infamous Magazine Street thrived from 1998 - 2011.
I closed my store to make my own designs in May, 2011.

Payment Plans
I would be happy to discuss breaking payments over an agreed time period. Your piece will be shipped or available for you upon final payment.
