However, clarifying my values and what is precious to me came through years of mental health extravaganzas...tears, cheers and a helluva lot of head banging. I'm not alone. Many of us struggle with expressing our true selves to the world.
What brings us joy lights up our days is reflected in our eyes and our smiles. It makes us feel beautiful. That in itself is precious. We should feel that way every day.
